The beauty of Christian weddings is that they’re intimate, closely knit and a sense of sacredness sets inside the chapel. Most importantly for us photographers, it is easy to focus on the couple as they are the centre point of the day.
We are doing a series of blogs on weddings that are close to our hearts. One such is this wedding where we knew right from the start that the groom and bride are best friends first! This was such a heartening feeling.
We composed photos that portray their comfort with each other. The bride had an amazingly lively family enthusiastic to pose and we had to capture that energy!

The church had natural frames in its ancient architecture and we used it to our advantage with this very beautifully framed brick archway. A bedside frame worthy picture!

Using the ancient pillars and roofs as a background, the couple posed for us with their rings on and we call this the “Ringed forever” picture.

This picture was entirely candid and it made our day to see that such intimate expressions bring out the meaning of an institution called marriage.
