Vikram Weds Geerthana

Some weddings are just surreal. FotoZone felt immense joy while shooting the wedding of Vikram and Geerthana.
Firstly, the wedding happened at Sivakasi and we looked forward to it. The greenery that this place offered coupled with beautiful weather, set a perfect backdrop for their wedding. While we prayed to all mighty Gods not to send downpour, owing to monsoon season, we are graced with mind blowing colours and perfect sky, while the weather still remaining pleasant.
A beautiful family that was brought together, one of the most intriguing moments was with the groom, where he went to Vinayagar Temple right before the Muhurtham. He was invited and greeted (along with traditional Arati), by close to 21 women, both from his side and the bride’s. The bride’s father and the brother proudly welcomed their Mapillai (groom) and thus began the journey of “Vikreerthana”.
We thoroughly enjoyed photographing the wedding, many moments of laughter, enjoyed a great candid session with the couple and we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for sharing the most important day of your lives with us.
We have in turn made it a long lasting memory!!
