Scene 1 – Discussion between Mom & Dad
Mother: Our Boy/Girl has come to an age to get married, it’s not fair to sit quietly, it is our duty don’t you have any concern about it?
Dad: What do you want me to do now?
Mother: What else, start searching for a Bride/Groom?
Dad: Ok
Mother: It’s not something like what your parents or my parents did, we must get him/her the most beautiful one not like the one I got.
Dad: First let us ask our Son/Daughter what’s in the mind?
Scene 2 – Discussion between parents and Children
Dad : See ma/pa myself and your mother have decided to get you married.
Son/Daughter: Appa what’s this?
Dad: Its age, we too have our duty, do tell us if you have something or someone in your mind.
Mother: what some one? My kannu will not have such things.
Son/Daughter: Why so quick.
Mother: What quick, I married your Dad when I was 17, you are almost 10 years elder than me when we speak this.
Son/Daughter: Ok do whatever you like.
Mother: Give me a nice photo of yours, I have to circulate it.
Son/Daughter: Amma…!
Mother: Enna da/di , we need to give all la, so give me one of your best.
Scene 3 – Selection of Photos
Son/Daughter: is this ok, i took it in office.
Mother: it was taken years back, you are looking much better now.
Son/Daughter: This I took when we went to Ooty.
Mother: No No No Selfies.
Son/Daughter: How about this, this was taken last week in my frien’s wedding.
Mother: you are with your friends, how will they know which one among this gang is you.
Son/Daughter: Shall I give my Passport size Photo?
Mother: What? Please kannu I need the best one, most attractive, they must immediately say Okay once they see the photograph.
Son/Daughter: How about this one, its only me in this, taken last week, in our garden, Appa took this in his mobile, and i use this as FB profile pic too, how nice it is la?
Mother: Is this nice, your Appa don’t know anything about photography, what is the dress you are wearing, like a local boy, that too leaning on the tree, looks shabby.
Son/Daughter: What do you want me to do now?
Mother: See go to a Best studio; tell them you want a Photograph Full size for Alliance purpose they will do it.
